H2SO4 + 2NaOH = Na2SO4 + 2H2O
расствора кислоты 98г из них 10 массовых процентов - 100% кислота то есть 9,8г H2SO4(молекулярная масса 98) и 10 г 2NaOH (мол.масса 80) прореагировали.
Однако 1 грамм 100% кислоты может прореагировать с 80/98 = 0,82г каустической соды (NaOH). А значит 9,8г кислоты может вступить в реакцию с 9,8 * 0,82 = 8,04 г NaOH То есть NaOH у нас в избытке, и молекулярный баланс надо считать по кислоте. То есть, учитывая что из уровнения реакции H2SO4 + 2NaOH = Na2SO4 + 2H2O получаемого Na2SO4 (мол.масса 142) будет 142/(80+98) = 0,8 массовых долей. Или высчитывая из кислоты: 142/98 = 1,45 массовых долей. То есть из 9,8г 100% серной (сульфатной) кислоты может образоваться 9,8*1,45 = 14,21 г Na2SO4.  Рассуждения правильные, можете перепроверить арифметику.
