Topic: bad manners and good manners

If somebody has bad manners he:
never says “thank you”
chomps while eating(чавкает когда ест)
often rude with the other people
not inferior place in public transport
eats messily 
wears torn clothing
If somebody has good manners :
his speech is literate
he always says such words as"thank you,bless you"
he looks tidily
he often helps people if they`re need
he eats carefully
