-This is possible because their president has chosen wise tactics. There are always quarrels with other states, but he knows how to go on a compromise and solves problems immediately in favor of the enemy and in his own favor, doing it without violating the rights. You need to be able to do that.
-But where, then, in our countries of war?
-Because some states have conflicts and do not solve them on time, and leave them .. time passes and flashes anger, enmity and hatred.
-Do you think there is an opportunity to live without war and our countries?
-I think it came far from our ancestors. If quarrel means war. So a big problem was solved. And Costa Rica is a young country in which there are no such rules of ancestors, so it’s easier for them.
