1)I cannot agree that travelling is a waste of time,because when you are travelling you meet new people,visit beautiful places and learn new things. Travelling is always interesting!
2)I don't agree with this statement .I think that you can learn English in your place,but you should try you best . Classes at the school or with a tutor can help you.
