Пётр Ильич Чайковский использовал в четвёртой части своей симфонии №4 тему русской народной песни (хороводной, якобы) "Во поле берёза стояла".
Все мы знаем эту милую народную песню. Только не все знают слов последних строф пени. Наверняка, не знают даже, что они есть. А песня-то представлена широкому слушателю не целиком. Заметьте, её исполняют нередко в начальных классах общеобразовательной школы. Привожу последние слова песни (без припева "лю-ли" и повторений) :
"Вот тебя умойся.
Вот тебе онуча -- утрися.
Вот тебе лопата
Вот тебе камень -- удавися"
общий смысл песни -- тяжёлая доля девушки, выданной замуж за нелюбимого пожилого человека.
