My future profession is a food technologist. Technologist food industry is divided into : degustator,cook and confectioner. I'm going to the pastry chef because I like to make desserts. I know a lot of dessert recipes. I read books, watched TV shows, searched the Internet. Not everyone is familiar with such desserts as black forest cake, cake Zахер, marmalade, Opera, etc .
