Ingredients :
4 beaten eggs
Butter
1 sliced big onions
Red pepper and green pepper in cubes
Steps :
1. Use a non-stick pan and heat up some butter with medium heat.
2. Fry the onions and red and green peppers together. Move the mix peppers into the bowl of beaten eggs.
3. Heat up some butter again on the non-stick pan. Pour in the mixture into the pan and gently stir continuously until egg start to set.
4. Turn the eggs slowly once the bottom side is cook.
5. Once both side of eggs is cook, the omelette is ready to be served.
