Which of the ways to solve the teens' problems suggested in the poem do you find useful? (evaluating the author's point of view)

The suggestion to be true to oneself and to forget about all faults seems very useful to me. And the suggestion to live life to the max, to enjoy the teens years and not to care what others might think is of use too.
