Iwent to the us when i was 15 years old. i and my mom met with my dad in the germany. we spent there a week. it was the first time when i went abroad. when we got out of airplane we saw beautiful building of frankfurt airport. it was impressing. people there didn’t look like people in russia. then we went to get a taxi cab. that’s was awesome! the temperature was warm. i couldn’t believe in it. because when we left tomsk it was snowing, and now sun was shining. then an other thing which surprised me was that i could communicate with people who couldn’t speak my native language. hotel was very nice. all personal was smiling at us. i liked my room. it was big with nice windows. i could see the city at night, it was amazing. i was sad when we left germany. then i spend almost nine hours in the airplane. we flow above the atlantic ocean. we had arrived to the us around midnight. the airport building was not as big as in germany. when we went outside the building it was warm, fresh air smelt like just cut grass. i and my family get into the car. it was a big car. in america people call it the track. the sits were a little bit cold. my dad drove through the night town, it was way after midnight the streetlights were shining but the light from them was too small for me to see everything around. all i could see was the forest. it’s scared me, because i’m a city girl i don’t like spend too many time outside the town. then we drove near the lake, it was big, and my dad said “hey anna, look there are a deer! “ first time in my life i saw a real deer! i was so exited. then we got our house, o my god! it was huge and nice. my dad showedme my new room, i was tired and when i saw a bed i fell asleep almost as soon as i put my head on pillow. in my window i saw a lot of lights. on a morning when ever i woke up i saw a forest and like right in front of my window. i went up stairs everyone was awake. my dad took me with him to down town, we got into a truck. i was surprised that everything was green already, as i said before it was just april. town called rogers in a arkansas state was not so big. we drove around and i saw my new school. everything was totally different. i felt like person from a different planet.

My School

I am going to tell you about my school. My school is new and modern and I like it very much. It has three floors. The classrooms are light and spacious. There are classrooms for different subjects, such as English, History, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geography, Biology Literature etc.

There is a computer class in our school. We study computer science here. The computer class has the most modern equipment and the Internet access.

We’ve also an assembly hall, which is situated on the second floor. Meetings, conferences, concerts and all the celebrations take place here. We prepare different performances for all holidays. We sing songs, recite poetry, dance, and participate in theatre performances.

There are many opportunities to go in for sports in our school. Our school has a gym, a sports ground, a football field, a swimming pool, and other sports facilities. There are many different sports groups: table tennis, swimming, athletics, football, volleyball, wrestling, and rhythmic gymnastics. Many pupils of our school attend these sports groups.

In our school we have also painting group, dance group, theatre group and rock group. All these groups are very popular and many pupils attend them.

The teachers in our school are very skilled. They try to give us all their knowledge and awake our interest to their subjects and to self study. Besides the school subjects, our teachers tell us about everything, about different problems of our world, such as ecology, nature protection, climat changes etc.

There is a good tradition in our school. Every year people who graduated our school come here to meet their teachers and classmates. These meetings take place every first Saturday of February.

I think that school years are very important for every person. It’s a period of becoming adult, achieving knowledges, and choosing your way in life. Often school friends remain your friends for all your life. So I’ll never forget my school, my teachers, and my classmates.

Я расскажу вам о своей школе. Моя школа — новая и современная, и она мне очень нравится. У нее три этажа. Классы светлые и просторные. Есть классы для различных предметов, таких как английский язык, история, физика, математика, химия, география, биология, литература и т.д.

В нашей школе есть компьютерный класс. Здесь мы изучаем информатику. В нашем компьютерном классе — самое современное оборудование, и есть доступ к Интернету.

В нашей школе есть также актовый зал, которые расположен на втором этаже. Здесь проходят собрания, конференции, концерты и все праздники. Мы готовим интересные представления ко всем праздникам. Мы поем песни, читаем стихи, танцуем и участвуем в небольших театральных постановках.

В нашей школе много возможностей для занятий спортом. В школе есть спортзал, спортивная площадка, футбольное поле, плавательный бассейн и другие спортивные сооружения. У нас много различных спортивных секций: настольный теннис, плавание, легкая атлетика, футбол, волейбол, борьба и художественная гимнастика. Многие ученики посещают эти спортивные секции.

В нашей школе также есть кружки рисования, танцев, театральный кружок и рок-группа. Все эти кружки очень популярны и многие ученики посещают их.

В нашей школе преподают очень квалифицированные учителя. Они стараются передать нам все свои знания и пробудить интерес к своим предметам и к самообразованию. Учителя не только преподают нам школьные предметы, но и рассказывают обо всем, о различных мировых проблемах, таких как экология, охрана природы, климатические изменения и т.д.

В нашей школе есть хорошая традиция. Каждый год выпускники школы приходят на встречу с учителями и одноклассниками. Эти встречи проходят каждую первую субботу февраля.

Я считаю, что школьные годы очень важны для каждого человека. Это период взросления, приобретения знаний и выбора жизненного пути. Очень часто школьные друзья остаются вашими друзьями на всю жизнь. Поэтому я никогда не забуду мою школу, учителей и одноклассников.
