A "hobby" is a special interest or activity that you do in your time off. Some people keep pets as hobby. They keep rabbits, or fishes. Some are crazy about plants. Many people are very fond of collecting. Some collect old coins, others collect post-cards. . My hobby is collecting stamps.It started when my grandmother gave me album of my uncle with stamps. There were many beautiful and colorful stamps with flowers, animals, planes, ballerinas and other. Gardening is one of the oldest man's hobbies. A "hobby" is usually something that a person does alone. But American (and British) families sometimes like to do things together, too. Hobbies can be different.
