Festivals make us happy. people like festivals. they prepare for them in advance: cook meals, decorate the house and so on. My favourite festival is New Year Eve. My mum makes salads, cooks a pie and meat with potatoes. I always help her. my dad tidies our house. after that we decorate a New Year Tree and our house all together.
