3)You  win your brother. //раз не побеждает, то логично, что отрицание - просто побеждает))
You  never win your brother, do you? //мне кажется, тут разделительный вопрос "не так ли"
4)My marbles are not always with me.
Are my marbles always with me?

5)He does not paint very well.
Does he paint very well?
