My favourite dish is baked new potatoes. This dish is simple and delicious. I cook it myself.
First I wash and dry about 20 new potatoes. I don't peel them. Then I put them in a large bowl and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, some sea salt, a little ground black pepper and a little rosemary. After that I stir the potatoes and leave them for 10 minutes. Meanwhile I turn on the oven and cover a baking tin with parchment paper. When the oven is hot, I put all the potatoes into the baking tin and place the tin in the oven.
In 40-50 minutes the dish is ready to serve.
