1) yes, i have, but it didnt last very long as cake and biscuits are too good to avoid. my diet lasted 2 months. 2)yes, i actively try but sometimes its hard because most generally priced foods have some sort of addactives or are GMF. Organic food always costs a lot so therefore i cant always buy it. 3)very rarely frozen foods and never ready meals. ready meals are a quick but unhealthy way of conquering you hunger, frozen food is slightly better for you.
