There is a ghost at Mikhailovsky palace in St. Petersburg. It is a ghost of dead Russian imperor Pavel. He was strangled with his scarf in his own bedroom. People believe that he hasn't been able to rest in peace so far that's why he haunts at Mikhailovsky palace. However, he is considered as a harmless spook and nobody is afraid of him. Curators of this museum welcome him every morning.
