What do you do to achieve a good command of english?

I read many books in English.  I also watch special films for English learners.  Sometimes I listen to English and American radio stations because they also have special programs for those who learn English.  At school I do a lot of grammar exercises.  I also take part in some on-line discussions where I write in English.  And I sing my favourite English songs too!
