I can't say that I am fond of TV.  Yet every now and then I watch some programs. I mostly watch TV for entertainment.  I don't usually watch talk shows unless the subject is very interesting.  Sometimes I watch the news so as to know what is going on in the world.  Music channels can be fun too.  But they don't always show the singers I like.  My favourite programs are those which tell us about animals and their life.  I can watch such programs for hours.  They are very educational.  Also I like to watch programs about space and scientific discoveries.  I think that such programs give very useful information.  In conclusion  I can say that for me TV is either entertainment for a short time or a source of useful formation.  In the latter case I can watch it for hours.
