Simple Present ставится,кога ты говоришь о действии ,которое происходит каждый день/вечер/утро и т.д. или вообще.А также если есть в предложении нарчеия:always(Всегда),often(часто),sometimes(иногда),usually(Обычно),seldom(редко).Present continuous ставится когда действие происходит сейчас,в этот момент.Но также есть много других случаев употр. этих времен.
