Victor Tsoi was a popular Soviet musician, songwriter and leader of the rock band "Kino".  He was born in Leningrad (now Saint-Petersburg) in 1962. He was a one of Russian pioneers of Russian rock.  His most popular songs are Grupa Krovi (Blood type) and Khotim Peremen (We want changes). They are popular  nowaday.
