You will need: 300ml of milk, 2 tbsp vegetable oil 3tbsp mayonnaise, 1 packet of fast acting yeast, two cups of flour, salt, filling ingredients(chicken , mushrooms, tomatoes , sausage and mozzarella cheese). 1. Pour 1 packet of fast acting yeast in a bowl , pour the warm milk, add some salt , stir and leave for 15 minutes in the heat. 2. Add a little flour and add the oil and mayonnaise, stir and add just enough flour so the dough became thick. Leave the dough for 15 minutes. 3. Cut a piece, roll it out, put in a greased form, spread with ketchup, put the filling( pre-cut ), sprinkle with cheese and bake in a well heated oven for 20-30 min until tender. Bon Appetite!
