The Tagansky Park was founded by the club to them. Bukharin in 1934 by the decision of the NEC Tagansky district and consisted of two territories with a total area of 10.4 ha (for the most part - 6.8 hectares, children - 3.6 ha). 

The cultural life of the Park consisted of theatrical political rallies, athletic parades, getproblem and demonstration performances of athletes. Only in Tagansky district stadium outdoors survived until our days. After the great Patriotic war, new forms of activities: meeting with the heroes of the Soviet Union and order, military-Patriotic meetings and sporting events, accompanied by traditional mass celebrations and concerts.
