Ingredients and forms of sushi presentation vary widely, but the ingredient which all sushi have in common is rice (also referred to as shari (しゃり?) or sumeshi (酢飯?)).
Sushi can be prepared with either brown or white rice. Sushi is often prepared with raw seafood, but some common varieties of sushi use cooked ingredients or are vegetarian. Raw fish (or occasionally other meat) sliced and served without rice is called "sashimi".

Iron man is my favorite superhero. First appeared in comic books in 1963, Iron Man is the genius who has employed his intellect to build mind-blowing tech to help in his fight against any and all threats the Earth has ever faced.

Thanks to Marvel movies, Iron Man is now more popular than ever. He has resonated with fans of all generation because, ultimately, he is not a super human. He is not gifted with super powers. Instead he has relied on his genius to protect the Earth against villains. Iron Man was depicted in comics and cartoons before his 2008 film debut. Since then, Robert Downey Junior has playes the role in six other movies.

Iron Man’s creator Stan Lee said he set out to make a hero no one would like. Most superheroes are everyman type characters when it comes to their alter egos. But Iron Man is not flawless and regular superhero: he has the human side, vulnerable and weak. Actually, what's interesting is that, in the Iron Man movies, a lot of people don't like Tony Stark. They respect Iron Man because he saved the world, but Tony Stark as a person is  widely hated. Most superheros are loved but Stark isn't your average superhero, he's a flawed human being, he makes mistakes and does things that are unpopular. But Iron Man is the sort of person we need to see. Because, when it comes down to it, we are all Iron Man. We all have fears and insecurities and that's why we love Iron Man. He has fears too, but he does something about it. That's why he's a hero and that's why I like him.
