It is a modern cosmopolitan city with plenty of historical and architectural sights. My most favorite city in Russia is Saint Petersburg. It is known as Russia's Northern Capital. Russian winter are usually cold. The coldest months are December and January. Another reason why I am fond of our country is its rich history and culture. it has undergone several long -lasting stages of development.
