 Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing to complain about the accommodation that your company provides. According to your website the apartment are all modern and in good condition.  In fact, the apartment I stayed in was built in 1970s, and needed work doing to it. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were broken and dirty. And the washing machine was not working. I was also very disappointed to find that the apartment was a long way from the beach, and not ‘within 10 minutes’ walk’ as specified in the brochure. I had to move to another apartment, which took me time and cost me money. I paid over 300 Euros as a deposit on your flat and now I expect to receive a full refund. In addition to this I want you to change the information on your website and in your brochures. I look forward to receiving a satisfactory reply.

Yours sincerely, Miguel Rodriges
