Could you spend 24 hours without the Internet? I'm not sure I could I haven't tried for a ridiculously
long time. These daya we all depend besvily on technology, and you may or may not be surprised by the
results of some recent research about the effects of online and digital technology on people's lives. More
than half of the people who were questioned said they'd feel 'upset without an internet connection even
for a short time. The researchers also challenged people to spend one whole day without using technology
and then report back on what it was like. For some people it was like a nightmare, and many did nothing
