The second most important problem is lack of jobs. A lot of people can have a job, they are forced to survive. For this two problems authority must pay attention and take some measures, for example: - Increase the number of jobs; - Increase salaries; - Prohibit mass use of cars in the city; - Install filters in factories. With this measures towns will flourish.
