В принципе, задание не очень корректно, потому что в каких-то случаях могут быть разные варианты в зависимости от того, что подчеркивается в данном конкретном предложении. 
Simple - констатируем факт! -  always, two weeks ago, often, usually, generally, in a week , last Monday, every day (?зачем in?), yesterday, all the year round (если не говорим о действии, которое продолжается весь год), sometimes, in the future ( если не продолжающееся действие), last year, on the 8th of March 1998, the day after tomorrow,  this winter (если констатируем факт или зима почти закончилась), next week, as a rule, tomorrow, seldom, rarely, a week ago, three days ago, throughout the year.
Continuous - подчеркиваем, что действие длительное, что это процесс - now, at present, from 5 till 6 o'clock tomorrow, all morning yesterday, all day long, может быть - all the year round ( если подчеркиваем, что что-то продолжали делать весь год) и throughout the year ( объяснение, как в предыдущем выражении).
Perfect - важен результат - ever, never, since, yet, already, recently, by Monday, just, lately, this winter ( если зима не закончилась), since summer, just now.
