В следующих предложениях используйте Present, Past, Future Continuous( то есть получится 3 предложения из одного).
Пример:

We will not be travelling in Japan next year.

3. I am sunbathing on the beach now.

I was sunbathing on the beach yesterday.

I will be sunbathing on the beach tomorrow.

4. She is not watching TV now.

She was not watching TV yesterday.
