If you are unhealthy who is responsible for it?
First of all, If I am unhealthy I feel myself responsible for it. It may sound a little bit strange but in my opinion everyone should take care of the way he lives. If we eat healthy food, sleep normally and have active way of life no doubt that we would be happier, more healthy and more productive. I don't think that somebody else is responsible for my life, my decisions or my health. My parents and society are important part of this problem, indeed, but anyway I play the lead role in this process.
