Healthy life-style is really important nowadays.To be healthy you should eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables. And of course you should drink a lot. Water is life! And don't forget to do morning exercises! It gives you strength for a whole day. You should play sports, go jogging, play different games, and walk a lot. Any sport can help you to be healthy, fit and happy! Some people smoke and drink alcohol but it’s dangerous for a human organism. So to be healthy and fit it is important to eat useful food containing a lot of vitamins, be physically active and avoid stress!

The Grand Canyon attracts people because it is very big and  beautiful with  different kinds of plants and animals on opposite sides of the canyon. People say that the US is a young country because It’s only been independent for around three hundred years.11.  Americans have tried to save many of the most beautiful wild areas of the United States. There are a lot of parks, forests and wildlands where they  can enjoy the beauty and power of wild nature.12. I think that the U.S. isa "melting pot" because many different social groups from different religious, ethnic, racial and cultural backgrounds have chosen to live here.
