Speaking about my country, i think that many people love to follow different celebrities and watch how they live. Of course they are not totally crazy about them but if person meets a popular guy on the street, he will probably make a photo or something.
B: On the first pic we see the person who catches a lot of flashes and views from people who are standing out of the car of celebrity. On the next pjoto we see a famous woman who is going down the street that is fenced around by paparazzi.
I think that famous people are people too. And they absolutely have a right for having a private life without camera flashes, interview and other stuff.
