Я так понимаю все примеры надо делать аналогично первому.. Поэтому:

3. If you ask more politely, I will buy you a drink.

4. If you do not behave, I will throw you out. (жёстко)

5. If he gets proper medical care, he will survive.

6. Sarah will be very annoyed if Dave does not call her this evening.

Везде используется first conditional ( if present simple + future simple)
