Technology has come a long way in recent years and it has changed our lives in many ways. (1) It's amazing! Not only that, but now we don't really have to move from our computer to
do things that used to take a lot of time. (2)

G Experts believe that technology can cause us more stress instead of reducing it.
Sometimes this is a good thing, for example when friends get in touch.

However, in general there have to be more advantages than disadvantages to this technological age. (6) We can travel across the world faster, we can do housework faster. we can download music faster! We just have to be careful to take some time for ourselves, so that we are not too stressed to enjoy life.

Some people, however, are not sure that all the changes to our lives are positive ones. (3) Because we can get information so quickly, we are expected to do things faster and faster. There isn't often much time to relax and be quiet because people can contact us at any time. (4) However, at other times it's work or people we don't want to talk to. Now that we have laptops, we can and are encouraged to take work with us anywhere. (5)
