I'm going to tell you about the newest Speaking Club in our town. We have different learning programmes there and you'll definitely find one you like the most. There are also a lot of friendly native speakers there that are ready to make friends. You can go there and find a person to talk to. So I mean that the most effective way of improving your language skills is to make friends with speakers of the language because they'll share their experiance with you.They also have sort of learning exchange programmes. If it's interesting for you to learn foreign language and to help another guys learn your native language, you have to try it.
