The polluted and unhealthy world of today makes people realise the importance of keeping fit and going in for sport. 
But keeping fit doesn't mean only doing sports, it also deals with the right way of eating. Keeping to a diet nas become very popular today. Diets differ a lot. On the one hand, keeping to a diet helps people feel better because they avoid eating fatty and unhealthy food, but on the other hand, some people start eating very little and don't look healthy at all. This problem usually concerns models and actresses. People need all types of vitamins to keep their body healthy and these vitamins can be found in some fruits and vegetables.They also contain fiber, which is very important for our health. 
Keeping fit and going in for sport are very important and everyone should do something to stay healthy and feel happy!

I think that students studying the French language a bit because in Russian schools often teach Eanglish and German. I love to learn foreign languages so i chose English. May be the language l"ll need it in the future. I try to do homework in English i also like to listen to a song and read the translation so i remember lots of new words.
