1) Hi, Schmits family! - неверное приветствие. Во-первых, можно написать The Schmits и будет понятно, что Вы обратились ко всем членам семьи. Во-вторых, судя по всему это Ваше первое письмо, значит, нельзя сказать "Привет!", скажите по-другому: Hello! Good day и т.д.
2) The street is now sunny and warm, despite the fact that it was autumn. - Хорошее предложение, но "улицы не могут быть солнечными и теплыми". Очевидно, Вы хотели сказать НА УЛИЦЕ It is warm and sunny in the street now, despite the fact that it was autumn. Или скажите, что ПОГОДА The weather is warm and sunny in the street now, despite the fact that it was autumn.

Actually I would like to travel around the world! Visit all continents and in all countries! :) In a world of so many interesting things!But seriously, I would like to visit China, Australia, New Zealand. In my view, this is a very interesting country, both in terms of nature, and from the point of view of culture - primarily China and is, in principle, the whole of South-East Asia. I also dream to travel across Russia, take a trip to Kamchatka, Lake Baikal, to the Far East. We have such a vast and interesting country that is enough for one Europe and other parts of the world! ;)
