You won't believe what happened to me last Saturday. I was walking along the beach with my dog, Sam, when he spotted something in the sand. He started digging it up and waving his tail happily. It turned out to be a wooden box with coins in it. I quickly grabbed in from Sam who was trying to chew it and took it straight to my history teacher, Mr Brown. As soon as I saw the look in his eyes, I knew we had found something special. Together, went to the local museum. They had examined the coins and they announced that they were 250 years old. Can you believe it A box full of valuable coins had been waiting for someone to find to for so many years The people at the museum came to investigate. They had dug all around the area, but they did not find anything else. It's still a bit of a mystery how the box had come to be there.
