How I spent my holidays
When the summer holidays came, I was very happy! Immediately in the beginning of summer I went to a sports camp in Anapa for two weeks. There I became even stronger and stronger. In addition to training there was not badly fed and it was very hot. After the camp, I went to the village to visit my father and grandmother. There we ate a variety of delicious berries and fruits. Back at the dacha, I met my old best friend. We played on the street every day. I was at the dacha for a month. After that I went to the second sports camp in Tver where the famous Russian River Volga is located. This camp I liked more than the first. Every day after charging we went to the Volga to swim. They fed there even better than in the first camp. There, workouts were mostly on the carpet. I liked the second camp more. For a month we trained after this camp and then went to school. During the holidays I did not study English, but I had the opportunity to practice. Once I got out of the store and a foreigner called me. I understood this because he immediately asked me in English how to get to Vnukovo airport. Well, I somehow still could explain to him how to get there. It was not easy. So I spent my holidays.

Сделал диалог на угад, так что персонажи вымышлены.

Teacher: Good afternoon, David. Did you come to talk about your last test?

Student: Good afternoon, Mrs. Sanders. Yes, my mum is very upset that I didn't pass it. She wants me to try and retake it.

Teacher: No problem. We can talk about it. The test wasn't difficult at all. It covered only two topics which we had examined last month.

Student: I know, Mrs. Sanders. It was about regular and irregular verbs, their origin, formation, spelling changes, etc.

Teacher: Exactly. The fact that you didn't pass the test shows how inattentive you've been during the lessons.

Student: I guess I have, sorry. But now I know all the rules and I'm ready to retake the test if possible.

Teacher: It is possible. However, before you start the test, I want to go through all the rules with you once again.

Student: I don't care about this, Mrs. Sanders.

Teacher: To start with tell me what the difference between regular and irregular verbs in English is.

Student: Well, first of all, regular verbs are easily learned. You don't have to remember their simple past and past participle spelling. Irregular verbs, on the contrary, are hard to remember.

Teacher: All right, supposedly. Let's talk more about the category of irregular verbs. What can you say about them?

Student: Well, these verbs don't act according to standard rules. They have ancient origin and many of them were formed based on other European languages.

Teacher: That's true. Can you give me any examples?

Student: Here is one: catch-caught-caught. The verb derived from Old French.

Teacher: Very good. I'm ready to let you retake the test. Just a couple of more questions. What's the easiest way for foreign students to learn English irregular verbs?

Student: Although all the given verbs are different, they still have something in common. There are several groups which have the same ending or the same way of formation. That's why the easiest path is to break the list of irregular verbs into several groups.

Teacher: Can you show any examples?

Student: Yes, sure. For example: think-thought-though, bring-brought-brought. Here is another example of similar word formation: sing-sang-sung, sink-sank-sunk.

Teacher: Thanks, that's quite enough David. You can now proceed to your test. I'm sure this time it will be much easier for you.

Student: Thank you Mrs. Sanders. I won't let you down.

Здесь используются времена: present continious, present simple и past simple, в принципе, я это учил в 6 классе.

Тут для тебя могут быть непонятные слова, так что лучше переведи их.

Ну и удачи за одно!
