As a rule my family and I have three meals a day, they are: breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don’t like to eat in the morning so I usually have a cup of black tea or coffee. But my parents always make me eat meat, salad and sandwiches because I come home from school only at 3 p.m. I hate any sorts of porridge so I agree to eat one sandwich for my breakfast. All my relatives like to eat cereal like cornflakes with milk but I don’t because I hate milk. Most of all I like meat or fish with vegetables but  sometimes I have to eat some soup because of my mother. I don’t like to make her upset.   I don’t have a sweet tooth like my mother so I almost don’t eat sweets such as puddings, cakes, rolls, pies and so on because I think they are not good for my health. I prefer eating fast food but not very often because it’s much more harmful that sweets but so tasty!  

Как правило, моя семья и я едим три раза в день: завтрак, обед и ужин. Я не люблю есть утром, поэтому я, как правило, выпиваю чашку черного чая или кофе. Но мои родители всегда заставляют меня есть мясо, салаты и бутерброды, потому что я прихожу домой из школы только в 3 часа дня. Я ненавижу любые виды каши, поэтому согласен съесть один бутерброд на завтрак. Все мои родственники любят есть зерновые, такие как кукурузные хлопья с молоком, но я не ем это, потому что ненавижу молоко.
Больше всего я люблю мясо или рыбу с овощами, но иногда мне приходится есть суп из-за моей мамы. Я не хочу, чтобы она расстраивалась.
Я не люблю сладкое, как моя мама, поэтому я почти не ем сладостей, таких как пудинги, торты, рулеты, пироги и так далее, потому что я думаю, что они не очень хороши для моего здоровья. Я предпочитаю съесть фаст-фуд, но не очень часто, потому что это намного вреднее, что сладости, но так вкусно!
