You use calories all the time, even when you are resting. Reading, sleeping, sitting and sunbathing all use about 60 calories an hour. Very light activities use 75 calories. Examples are eating, writing, knitting, shaving, driving and washing up. Light activities use about 100 calories an hour include playing the piano, getting dressed and having a shower. Under moderate activities that use between 100 and 200 calories an hour, we can put walking, doing housework, shopping and skating. Energetic activities use 200-400 calories. These include horse riding, сycling, swimming, skipping and dancing. Finally, there are strenuous activities, use up to 600 calories an hour. 1)You can get viruses on your computer for some web pages.
 2)Not all websites are educational.
3) Bad Internet connection.
4) Working at the computer for a long time affects your health really badly. 
5) It's hard to motivate yourself for online studies.
6) Computer addiction.

The process of transition from traditional learning to learning based on computer technologies have evolved over two decades. Since the advent of the great archives presented on machine-readable media, more and more often arose the idea to use this material for teaching purposes. Globally, it has become possible with the development of the Internet, which offered the opportunity to forward the necessary amount of data from one end of the world to another, to communicate with other network users online and post information on Internet sites, making them available to everyone.

Schematically, stages in the development of learning using computer technologies can be summarized as follows:

1) courses on the basis of the CD-ROM;

2) distance learning;

3) e-Learning.

Each successive stage as it includes the previous one. Courses on the basis of the CD-ROM historically, there was the first. The main advantages were:

1) an innovative idea;

2) the concentration of thematic information on a computer-readable medium;

3) thoughtful from the methodological point of view, high-quality training;

4) providing a number of interactive features;

5) ease of use;

6) accessibility.

The disadvantages include:

1) the limitations of the course;

2) large amount of time into creating it;

3) the impossibility of modification.
