A month ago I visited a very interesting seminar about healthy living. They told me good advices about healthy food.

So I want to write some of them. First of all it is necessary to make physical exercises. Then you should carefully choose products for eating. You must avoid fat meal, chips, and sweet drinks.  Instead of it, you should eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. You will feel better. The next tip is to eat more fish and beans. And of course you should include dairy products because they are rich in calcium. In order to lose the weight you need to drink much water. So follow these tips and be healthy!
