exercising as we age is crucial in order to decrease our risk of heart disease. exercise decreases the risk of developing high cholesterol and high blood pressure. it can also help decrease fatigue and shortness of breath and enable you to maintain all the activities that you enjoy in your daily life. not only does exercise help decrease the risk of heart disease, it also improves quality of life. age related heart changes may occur such as arrhythmias, lipid profile changes, and insulin sensitivity, but these can be prevented by staying active. lastly, exercise helps to reduce stress, which is correlated to an increased risk of heart issues.

I am really  fond of museums.  People go to museums to enjoy beauty of  works of art.  Great painters and sculptors gave part of their soul to their creations.  We can also see some interesting facts from the past life in their works.  They can be clothes, buildings or even food that people from the past used to eat many years ago.  Sometimes bright colours and lively landscapes can really improve our mood.  Some people to museums to enrich their knowledge on different subjects because in addition to art museums  there are lots of other museums: military museums, car museums, history museums and so on.  Everybody can choose a museum to his or her taste.   So if you want to spend a nice time among amazing things, go to the museum!
