Nowadays, the world is developing rapidly. All the countries are becoming more united. The role of a foreign language is getting more important because people need to understand each other. Knowledge of foreign languages opens many doors.

As for me, the importance of foreign languages ​​is hard to describe. I am convinced that people should learn foreign languages ​​from early childhood, because at this age children easily perceive new information.  

Many reasons can be given to illustrate the vitality of learning new languages. First of all, all countries of the world cooperate with each other and provide work places. The more languages you know, the more successfully you can rise through the ranks. Besides, knowledge of foreign languages ​​is indispensable in travelling. You can learn a lot about other nations, their culture and begin to understand them. Moreover, a multilingual person can improve the political situation in his country. Multilingual people are able to learn foreign strategies and use it for good. In addition, good command of foreign languages ​​can even be useful when doing petty housework. Different technical instructions are usually written in the mother tongue of the manufacturer.

If you know a foreign language well, you do not need to use an online translator or dictionary.  

Taking all these points into consideration, I should emphasize the magnificent role of a foreign language in everyday life. Multilingualism has many advantages, so everyone should take a chance and learn at least one foreign language at a proper age.
