Крещатик — центральная улица Киева. Она начинается у Европейской площади, проходит через Майдан Незалежности и упирается в Бессарабскую площадь.
Во времена Киевской Руси это была лесная долина с широким ручьем, который брал свое начало на Майдане, а сегодня это 1,2 км широкого проспекта, красивых архитектурных ансамблей, роскошных гостиниц и ресторанов.
