McDonalds has made a lot of improvements on their menus over the years. For example, since early 2011 it’s reduced the sodium in the most of its national chicken items by 10%, according to the 2012 nutrition progress report. The year 2011 also introduction of its Wholesome Starts Menu, which features items with 300 calories or less. To add to the list, Wendy's has been looking out for their consumers too, adding an app that helps customers make smart desitions at their reasturants. Wendy's also has a verity of whole, organic salads and claimes that they use 11 different types of field greens that are a great source of vitamin A. To further more add to the benifits of fast food and to prove that is does NOT do more harm than good, fast food is cheap and convenient. Especially with a drive though you get your food in about 10 minutes. It is also really good if you might be late some where or in a rush, fast food reasturants are just about everywhere that you go. It is cheap because you can get a meal that will fill up for about five dollars or maybe less. Fast food has plenty of benifits that will make you see that it is good and that it does not do harm.
