It can be anything from easy jogging to real games. I like doing light warm-ups and exercises. But most of all I like badminton. This is a very interesting and active sport. It develops alertness and accuracy as well as speed of movement. I love to play with my family and friends, who do it like me. Not only is sport entertaining, it is also good for life and health. He also develops endurance. If we go in for sports, our life will become: brighter, more active, more fun, and we will be healthy.
