A reporter from the Hong Kong Herald newspaper asked Mr Shiao to tell him what happened to him in his taxi today.
Mr Shiao said that when he was driving home at 4 pm, a large turtle fell on his car. He got out of the car and saw two concerned people. It turned out that the turtle fell from the balcony. Mr. Shiao's car was badly damaged and he is still a bit shocked.
The reporter thanked Mr Shiao for the incredible story.
