Nowdays there are so many factors, that have a pernicious influence on our health, such as bad ecology, passive lifestyle, bad habits. A lack of phisical activity harms our health very much, it cuts our lifetime by several years. People live in big cities and there're many harmful gases, a lack of clean oxygen, that every man needs. Cities also have lots of noise and stress factors, that necessarily reflect on people's health. There's also so much  junk food, that people eat instead of homemade, fresh food. Many people drink too much alcohol or smoke and use drugs, even kids! It harms all the body systems and really shorten their life. So people should to refuse from bad habits, have more phisical activity, eat more fresh products and homemade food, go to the country more often to relax from city life and breathe some fresh air. In this way, people could live longer life.

During Caesar's campaign [kasm'pein] against Rome he had to cross
a small river, the Rubicon. The river flowed on the border between Gaul and
 Roman Republic. To cross the Republican border with the military force was equal to the open declaration of war. Having ordered (приказав) his chariot to stop, Caesar sat thinking for the long time hesitating what decision to take. Then, ready to face his future bravely, he said: "The die is cast," and ordered his troops into the water.
After the quick and easy victory over one of his opponents in Asia Minor, Caesar sent message which contained only three Latin words; the
corresponding English words were: "I came,I saw,I conquered."
