In the Center of the capital, on a beautiful hill above the Moskva river, stands built talent and labor of many generations the unique ensemble of the Kremlin. The first mention of Moscow we find in the documents 1147, however , excavations in the Kremlin shows that there were already a settlement in the second half of the first Millennium BC. Under Prince Ivan Kalita in 1339-1340 biennium of strong oak barrels were built new walls. And already with Dmitry Donskoy, when Muscovites were preparing for a showdown with the Tatars, the walls and towers of the Kremlin were built of white near Moscow stone. “The reigning hail called Moscow under Ivan III, when she in the second half of the XV century became the capital of a United Russian state. This is the largest construction of the Kremlin.
Three corner towers - round. The first of them, Vodovzvodnaya, B. near the Stone bridge. It is named so because it was arranged the first in Moscow water supply for irrigation of the Kremlin gardens. In the upper floors of the towers were placed huge water storage tanks. The tower was built in 1480-s. It was built the second corner tower - Beklemishevskaya, or Moskvoretskaya, near the Moskvoretsky bridge. According to legend, it was named after the boyars Беклемишевых, yard which was located nearby. The third corner tower - Sobakina, or Corner Arsenalnaya, near the Kremlin passage, close to the Arsenal, was built in 1492

Nobody doubts these days that progress in the world depends on progress in education, higher education in particular. English universities usually consist of colleges. The academic year is divided into three terms. The structure of courses does not differ from Russian courses in size of groups. Methods of assessment differ from university to university. Conditions of student life in Britain differ from those in Russia. The English assume that anyone from age eighteen is an independent being capable of making up his or her own mind and capable of looking after himself or herself. English students receive a grant from the state for the expenses of daily living. The level of the grant depends on the income of the'student and of the student's parents. Students can take out a special student loan which they do not have to repay until they are earning. Loans are not means-tested4. In the opinion of the English there is one more obvious difference between British and Russian students, however. There is a widespread opinion that conditions may be different but goals of getting higher education are the same everywhere. Many people admit that for the majority of young people today success in life is measured in terms of the money young people earn.  They want to obtain prestigious diplomas to get higher wages and advancement.
