They say, that a person who is fluent in a foreign language can easily teach it. It means, that someone who is good at English, French or German can teach somebody else to speak this language too.
I think this statement is not correct at all. First, the one who tries to teach should have much talent and patience to do it. Because teaching is a difficult and nervous work. Second, the one who learns should have a lot of desire to be a pupil. If he doesn't want to learn – the task will not be easy at all.
However, a person who is fluent in foreign language knows a lot of tips and tricks to learn language easily. May be it can help him to teach the language easily too.
But I think that all these tips and tricks ale helpless, if the pupil doesn't want to learn at all. Because he misses classes, forgets to do the homework and refuses to learn the grammar.
So, as I've already said, these two things – learning and teaching are different from one another and I can't agree with the statement.
